Who we are

Bridgecut is run by REBELVUE PRODUCTIONS S.R.L., Str. Libertatii nr. 2, Santandrei, jud. Bihor, Romania ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us by replying to any Bridgecut email.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you start a trial.
• Proof of consent: the time, your IP address and the consent text you agreed to.
• Trial data: when your trial started and ends, and a session cookie.
• Email activity: whether an email was delivered, opened or a link was clicked, and bounces or spam complaints.

Why and on what basis

• Running your free trial and sending sign-in links: to provide the service you asked for (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Trial tips, reminders and product news: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given with double opt-in. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Abuse prevention and email deliverability: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, the database (D1) and the bot check (Turnstile).
• Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), Paris, France, sends our emails and reports delivery events.

Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie, bc_trial, which keeps you signed in to your trial. It expires when the trial ends. Turnstile may process technical data to tell people from bots. We use no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Subscriber and trial data are kept while you are subscribed and up to 24 months after your trial ends or you unsubscribe. We keep a minimal record of an unsubscribe so we never email you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Video files

Bridgecut does not upload your footage. The local companion reads media on your computer.
